When selecting our Free Ground Shipping option, packages generally arrive in 2-7 business days, depending on the distance to your destination. Deliveries to areas near our Southern California warehouse may arrive faster (2-3 business days), while those traveling greater distances, such as to the East Coast, may require additional transit time (5-7 business days). The bird carvings have been handcrafted from natural gemstones and assembled to create their unique look. Because it is crafted from natural materials, both the birds and their crystal base may contain imperfections, minor edge irregularities, and/or repairs related to the hand carving, extraction, mounting, and preparation processes. The crystal base has four small drilled holes on the top, with two holes for each bird to mount into, and one small hole drilled into the bottom to mount the crystal base onto its black painted metal stand. For safe shipping, the crystal birds are removable from their crystal base. The crystal base is not removable from the metal stand. At Brazil Gems®, we make every effort to provide measurements as accurately as possible, though slight variations may occur since they are taken by hand.
