This is an Extra Plus Quality Natural Brazilian Amethyst Cluster on a black metal base affectionately called "The Bat". This gemstone has nicely shaped amethyst points with lovely agate bands surrounding. It has polished edges with a natural rough outer shell. 

You can literally see the saw marks on the outer shell used to separate the geode from the mine wall. A special Amethyst Cluster.
